There is a reason that Myrtle Beach remains one of the most popular group travel destinations in the United States. Not only is it easy to get there by charter bus travel, but there is so much to do that you are going to wonder why you did not decide to travel to Myrtle Beach earlier.

So much sand and water

There is more than 60 miles of beach to be found at Myrtle Beach and many things to do on the beach. Whether you are just want to relax and soak up the sun or want to have fun in and around the water, the perfect spot awaits you at Myrtle Beach. Because of the wonderful climate, you will stay comfortable throughout most of the year.

It is a golfing paradise

If you are into golf, there is no better place to be than the Golfing Capital of the World aka Golf City USA aka Golftown USA. Whether you are looking for a friendly round of golf or a challenging round, you can find it in Myrtle Beach. Spread throughout the city there are over 100 golf courses. So many courses, so little time. All courses welcome groups and provide all the amenities needed for a great group golf outing.

Gardens and Amusements for All

You will not have to be bored at Myrtle Beach for only a minute. If your group prefers a slower pace, take in the Brookgreen Gardens, a National Historic Landmark. This group friendly venue features the most significant collection of figurative sculpture in an outdoor setting. Youth groups can venture over to the NASCAR Speed Park where they can fulfill their need for speed or the 110-foot free fall called the Sling Shot Drop Zone. If the temperature rises and your group wants to cool off, the state's largest water park - Myrtle Waves – is the perfect place to go.

The shopping and dining opportunities

If you are looking for an all-inclusive entertainment, dining, and shopping center, Broadway at the Beach is perfect. You can find Ripley's Aquarium here, where you can see sharks swim over your head in a 750,000-gallon tank at the Dangerous Reef and go to the Ray Bay to step stingrays. There is something to do for every member of your group.

Nature is not far off

Myrtle Beach has two state parks, Huntington Beach Stat Park and Myrtle Beach State Park. Groups can see a great deal of variation here such as a wildlife preserve and a sculpture garden. See animals in their natural habitat or just enjoy some beautiful works of art, the choice is yours.
