Book a plane ticket with the cheapest flight 21 days in advance: from the center to the staff

The department said employees are also encouraged to avoid unnecessary cancellations. “Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to scheduled LTC travel will require submission of a self-declared justification by the employee. All three ATAs have been instructed to provide a zero/zero cancellation fee. there, the cancellation fee shall be refunded for all cases where the cancellation was due to circumstances/reasons beyond the control of the government employee,” he said.

He said employees should preferably book a single ticket for each leg of the planned LTC trip. “Holding more than one ticket is not permitted. Although tickets can be booked through the office through the travel agent, employees are encouraged to book tickets digitally via the online booking tool/website/online booking portal of these 3 ATAs only.Employees must register their official government email address with these three agencies to book their flight tickets digitally through the above modes. on it to travel by any airline.

In case of unavoidable circumstances, when the ticket booking is made through an unauthorized travel agent/website, the ministry/department financial advisers and the head of department not below the rank of joint secretary in subordinate/attached offices are authorized to grant relaxation, it said.
