Can I access online services?
Yes. You can request early resolution meetings and check the status of your case online with Search for court cases.
Can I complete my payment extension request online?
Yes. Download the forms from our website and email your request to [email protected]
Can I access the services by e-mail?
We are accepting completed fine extension requests and reopening requests by emailing [email protected] You can also check the status of your file by e-mail or via our Search for court cases.
What types of services are available over the phone?
You can make fine payments and inquiries by phone at 905-637-1274.
Can I mail my claim to the court?
Yes. You can mail your completed Application for Fine Extension or Reopening, or email it to us at [email protected] You can mail your infringement notice when you select the “Quick Resolution” option or file your statement of offense online.
Do I have to come to the court in person for anything?
No. All court services can be performed online, by email at [email protected] or by phone at 905-637-1274 (with the exception of filing large documents).
My ticket indicates that I must choose an option within 15 days, but I have exceeded this deadline. Can I get an extension?
