SRINAGAR: Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha today focused on streamlining online revenue services to make the system more transparent and accountable to ordinary people.

It reviewed the operation of the Revenue Department of the Civil Secretariat, in which it assessed the implementation of several initiatives undertaken by the department to ensure the proper delivery of services to the public.

An official spokesperson said that LG was informed of Aapki Zameen Aapki Nigrani; Digitization of land registers; land use change; issuance of land booklets and property cards; SVAMITVA diet, etc.

He was informed that the revenue department uses a grievance portal to quickly deal with grievances and complaints online.
