New generation Maruti Suzuki Ertiga

Maruti Suzuki announced on Thursday the start of reservations for the next-generation MPV Ertiga, which is being readied for an upcoming launch in a new avatar. Customers can pre-book the facelift model for a nominal amount of 11,000. The latest Ertiga is expected to get subtle design updates on the exterior as well as inside the cabin, highlighted by a larger infotainment screen and improved upholstery.

The 2022 Ertiga will be powered by a next-generation K-Series 1.5-liter twin-jet twin VVT engine with Progressive Smart Hybrid technology. Drivetrain duties on the model will be handled by an advanced six-speed automatic gearbox with paddle shifters. 2022 Ertiga S-CNG will also be available in the ZXI variant now.

The latest model will feature a new design, improved refinement and improved fuel efficiency, as well as a host of new-era technologies and convenience features. We can expect a change in the design of the front grille, a minor styling change on the design of the headlights and taillights and a new design for the alloys.
